1. General Terms and Conditions

• Minimum rental age: 22 years.
• Minimum rental period is 24 hrs. 24-hr rentals include limited mileage.
• Rentals over 24 hrs include unlimited mileage.
• Valid National ID or passport required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Mandatory guarantee via Credit Card with a minimum value of $850,000 CLP or 895 USD. This amount may increase depending on the number of rental days and the characteristics of the selected vehicle.
• Guarantee payment must be made with the physical card in person or through an authorized guarantee letter signed by the cardholder.
• Deductible per incident: 30 UF + VAT or 1,451 USD.
• Deductible for total loss: 50 UF + VAT or 2,428 USD.
• Additional drivers must be declared; otherwise, in the event of a claim, insurance coverage will not apply.
• RAC allows border crossing only to Argentina, for which RAC issues a special permit that must be requested at least 7 business days before your web reservation.
• For in-person reservations, the international permit must be requested with a minimum of 72 hrs in advance.
• RAC confirms vehicle category, not a specific model, color or brand.
• RAC will hold the reserved vehicle for a max. of 2 hrs after the time indicated in the reservation. If the client does not notify in advance and fails to appear within 2 hours, the reserved unit will be released.
• If the user fails to pick up the vehicle, no refund will apply for the prepayment made.
• Deliveries and returns outside regular hours will incur an additional charge (between 19:00 and 09:00 hrs), under the concept of AFTER HOURS.
• Low Season: 2 grace hours. High Season: 1 grace hour.

2. Services Included in the Rate

Time and mileage: Covers the kilometers and usage time of the vehicle during the rental period. No mileage limits apply for rentals of 2 or more days. For 1-day rentals, the mileage limit is 500 km.

Grace hours: You will have 2 grace hours from the selected return date and time when confirming the vehicle rental, for rentals of 2 or more days during Low Season (April 1 to September 30). During the High Season period (October 1 to March 30), 1 grace hour will apply.

If you need the vehicle for longer, send an email to reservas@recasur-rac.com before the rental end date and time.

Partial collision and theft insurance: Covers costs associated with claims with a deductible of:

• 30 UF + VAT (or 1,260 USD) for damages to the rented vehicle (any damage not considered total loss of the unit) or in case of loss, theft/robbery of its accessories.
• 50 UF + VAT (or 2,100 USD) in case of rollover or total loss.

For these purposes, the client accepts the charge on their credit card for the amount resulting from the settlement of this contract. The client also declares knowing and accepting in all its parts the stipulations of this contract, contained in the following documents: General Conditions, Particular Conditions, Claims Instructions, Delivery Report.

Third-Party Damage Insurance (DAT): Covers third-party damages in case of collision. This coverage includes moral damages, loss of earnings, and civil liability up to 500 UF.

Online and roadside assistance: For any issue that arises with the rented vehicle, you will have 24×7 telephone support from Recasur RAC staff who will provide the required assistance. If roadside assistance is needed, our staff will immediately coordinate on-site support from our Operations team, who will work with the client to resolve the issue and allow them to continue their rental service as soon as possible.

Roadside assistance conditions:

1. No cost to the client in cases of mechanical failure of the vehicle, with availability of a replacement unit.

2. Charged to the client in cases where the incident is their responsibility, with the possibility of requesting another replacement unit (subject to availability).

Important: Tow truck assistance only covers national territory (Chile).

3. Services Not Included in the Rate

Parking charges in urban areas: Each client is responsible for the payment of parking fees in concession zones in various cities of Chilean and Argentine Patagonia. In case of non-payment, RAC is authorized to charge said services plus an administrative fee, which will be reported via email at the time the transaction is made.

If parked in prohibited zones, local authorities may issue fines to the rented vehicle. RAC is authorized to charge the client the amount of said fines plus an administrative fee, which will be reported via email at the time the transaction is made.

To avoid these unwanted experiences, you can count on the assistance of our branch executives, who can advise you on the authorized parking zones.

Any traffic fine attributable to the client will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee the vehicle, even if Recasur becomes aware of them after the vehicle has been returned. In the case of corporate clients, fines will be invoiced to the contracting company.

The client authorizes the retroactive charge to the credit card registered in this contract for all costs related to traffic fines incurred during the rental.

Fuel: Vehicles are delivered with a full tank and must be returned the same way. If the vehicle is not returned with a full tank, the number of liters needed to fill it will be calculated at the average commercial value on the delivery day plus a 25% surcharge. This charge will be applied to the credit card used to guarantee the vehicle.

Drop Off: This is the charge applied when the rented vehicle is returned to a city different from the pickup location. The value will depend on the distance between the pickup and return cities. For the exact charge, you may quote through the website or contact us at reservas@recasur-rac.com.

International Permit for Argentina: The permit must be prepaid by credit card and includes third-party liability insurance.

– From 1 to 20 days: $99,000 + VAT (reference US$ 112 + VAT).

4. Reservation Guarantee Terms and Conditions

All vehicle rentals at RAC require a guarantee to be effective. The rental holder must mandatorily guarantee with their credit card the amount determined by RAC in their Quote, Reservation and Contract.

The guarantee will be returned within a maximum of 5 business days from the vehicle return date.

Bank credit cards and cards from other institutions approved by the Superintendency of Banks and Financial Institutions are accepted. Prepaid cards and any type of card hosted on virtual platforms are not accepted.

The guarantee must be provided with the physical credit card in person or through the Recasur Rent a Car website.

I declare that I have read and accept the terms and conditions of this reservation, governed by the attached rental contract (the Contract), the text of which I hereby subscribe, assuming the role of Lessee, understanding that it will come into effect when signed by me or by the third party I designate.

For the aforementioned reasons, I accept that the guarantee for this rental, the payment of rents and expenses derived from the Contract, including amounts for damages not covered by insurance, be charged to the credit card provided for this purpose.

I accept and consent that, in the event that the vehicle subject to the Contract is picked up by a third party designated by me, said third party is expressly authorized to stipulate on my behalf and in my representation in the supplementary document of the Contract signed at the time of vehicle pickup, the departure date and office, the return date and office, the vehicle identification, the rental fee, and the coverages and deductibles applicable to the Contract. Furthermore, said third party is specially authorized to ratify on my

behalf and in my representation in the supplementary document they sign, all the terms and conditions of the Contract, which were accepted by me in the preceding paragraphs.

Prohibitions

• Using the vehicle to tow trailers without the prior express consent of Recasur.
• Transporting explosive or flammable materials, drugs, narcotics, weapons, explosives, or ammunition in the vehicle, even if such transport is carried out within legal regulations.
• Having the vehicle driven by an unauthorized person. If someone other than the rental holder will drive, they must be added as an additional driver at the time of quoting the rental.

Deductible

The client accepts the daily rate and assumes responsibility for the first 30 UF + VAT or 1,451 USD of damages caused to the vehicle by accidents or theft of accessories. In the case of rollover or total loss, the deductible is 50 UF + VAT or 2,428 USD. The daily rate may vary in the event of early vehicle return.

I accept the charge on my credit card for the amount resulting from the settlement of this contract. I declare that I know and accept in all its parts the stipulations of this contract, contained in the following documents: General Conditions, Particular Conditions, Claims Instructions, Delivery Report.

Warnings

• In the event of an accident, claim and/or theft, it is mandatory to file a report along with the claim declaration and/or police report, as applicable, immediately after the incident occurs.
• In the event of a mechanical failure, it is recommended not to tamper with or intervene in the unit. Notify the emergency numbers immediately when the failure occurs.
